Downey up to 102 coronavirus cases

DOWNEY — The number of known coronavirus cases in Downey reached 102 on Monday as testing capacity continues to increase in L.A. County.

Health officials announced 239 new Covid-19 cases, the smallest increase in new cases since March 26.

All non-essential businesses have been ordered closed until at least May 15, along with beaches and trails.

All public and private gatherings outside the home of any size are also prohibited.
