DOWNEY – Neelam “Rain” Nega will be installed as president of the Downey Chamber of Commerce at an installation ceremony Wednesday, July 17, at the Embassy Suites.

Nega, an IT specialist and chief executive officer of Tech Builders, succeeds Daniel Andrade, who is wrapping up his term.

Tickets to the luncheon are $50. Check-in begins at 11:30 am.
