Tenants, landlords invited to fair housing workshop

DOWNEY – The Fair Housing Foundation is hosting a fair housing workshop Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 2:30-4:30 pm at the Downey City Library.

Intended for both tenants and landlords, the workshop will cover fair housing laws, state and federally protected classes, notices, security deposits, rent increases, discrimination, and COVID-19 moratoriums.
