NOTICE OF BID

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education for the DOWNEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, Downey, CA (Los Angeles County), will receive bids for the procurement of the following:

Bid Number 24/25-22

Rack Mount Lithium Ion UPS

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Downey Unified School District, Purchasing Department, 11627 Brookshire Avenue, Room 169, Downey, CA 90241 no later than 11:00 AM on February 20, 2025.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Refer to the formal bid documents and specifications for additional information, terms, and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE that the Project is funded in part by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as part of “E-Rate” Universal Service Fund (USF) (the “E-Rate Program”). Therefore, all Proposers must be knowledgeable of, and comply with, all E-Rate requirements including those applicable to Technology Equipment and work provided by service providers including any and all reporting requirements and compliance with all applicable federal laws. Proposers must provide a permanent SLD Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and FCC Registration Number with their proposal.
